That means they are entitled to vote in the elections to the European Parliament in the Netherlands, provided they have committed not to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbs.nl\/en-gb\/news\/2024\/23\/over-745-thousand-from-other-eu-countries-live-in-the-netherlands\/voting-in-the-european-elections\">vote in another EU country<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Younger than average<\/h2>\n<p>\nNon-Dutch EU nationals resident in the Netherlands have a younger average age than residents with Dutch nationality. They are more likely to be aged between 20 and 50, and fewer of them are older than 50. This applies to both women and men.
